1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During peak periods or sales events, processing time may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an update via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: 7–10 business days (subject to courier availability)
  • Unexpected delays due to weather, logistics issues, or regional restrictions may occur.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99, shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur additional charges, if available.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are correct and complete.
  • Owlsters is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or refused deliveries.
  • If a package is returned to us, re-shipping will be arranged at the customer's expense.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. We hope to offer this service soon.

7. Packaging & Safety

  • We take great care to pack every order securely using eco-conscious and tamper-proof materials.
  • If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
