1. Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or a video of the product at owlsters.ind@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 704 704 0068.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it or offer store credit.
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item with an unboxing video and product images.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and customized pieces are non-returnable.
- Products purchased on sale or with discount codes are not eligible for exchange or return unless damaged.
4. Pickup & Return Shipping
- We will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.
- In case reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to courier the product to us. Costs will be reimbursed as store credit.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds are only issued if:
- The product is out of stock.
- A replacement is not possible for a defective or wrong item.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
